enjoyventure Management GmbH

Based in Düsseldorf, enjoyventure is a holding company led by entrepreneurs which offers seed and start up funding of innovative technology ventures. The focus of investment lies in the areas of selected IT- and software solutions, Nano- and Microsystem technology, production- and automation technology, medical technology, and telecommunications. enjoyventure has particular expertise in structuring Spin off-funding from companies and scientific-technical institutions.

Active coaching, intensive network contacts and management chaperonage are part of enjoyventure's self-image as industrial adviser and investor. The circle of enjoyventure's partners stands out due to its many years of expertise in management, financing and industry and the networks involved. Since its foundation in January 2000, enjoyventure has participated in ten ventures. Currently, enjoyventures manages three venture capital funds with a total volume of ca. 25 million €.

The Federal German government, the KfW banking group and the industrial enterprises BASF, Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, Daimler, Bosch and Zeiss have joined together under the "Partners for Innovation" initiative and started High-Tech Gründerfonds with 272 million EUR.

High-Tech Gründerfonds invests venture capital in young, high-opportunity technological companies implementing promising research results in an entrepreneurial manner. Over the next five years, we want not only to provide technologically oriented company foundations with the start-up capital they so urgently need; we also want to ensure the necessary supervision and support for their management.

KFW Mittelstandsbank

The KfW Mittelstandsbank (KfW SME bank) is an important financing partner for future-oriented firms. It gathers  governmental sponsorships for founders as well as small and middle enterprises. Capital investment of German enterprises in Germany and abroad is boosted. The financing products of KfW Mittelstandsbank are subdivided  into the three columns loan capital, mezzanine capital and company capital. Supplemental to investment financing, it offers founders of new businesses and young enterprises financing and crisis advice. With the support of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Technology, the ERP start-up fund of KfW Mittelstandsbank provides small technology ventures with equity capital, which can be used for financing the development of innovative products, processes or services. A prerequisite for an investment by KfW is that an additional investor (lead investor) partakes with at least the same amount as the KfW Mittelstandsbank and takes care of KfW's share as well.

NRW.BANK

Viveris Management is a well-established third-party management company specialized in Private Equity financing of unlisted SMEs. Launched in 2000, it manages MEUR 450 in assets with a current investment portfolio of 130 companies and an investment team of 29 professionals dedicated to one of four investment divisions (expansion capital/ buyout, venture capital, French Overseas Private Equity, Mediterranean Private Equity).
